The requests and their arguments.

Constant	Value	Description
`QcMsg::AdminRequest::Kind::Catalogue`	`0`	Asks for AdminCatalogue (no arguments).
`QcMsg::AdminRequest::Kind::Players`	`1`	Asks for AdminPlayers (no arguments).
`QcMsg::AdminRequest::Kind::Lists`	`2`	Asks for AdminLists (no arguments).
`QcMsg::AdminRequest::Kind::Settings`	`3`	Asks for AdminSettings (no arguments).
`QcMsg::AdminRequest::Kind::LogTail`	`4`	Asks for the log's tail as AdminLog: level, number of lines (both optional); at most once a second.
