const int QcTickPhases::count

The number of phases, Messages included.

const std::array<const char *, count> QcTickPhases::ids

The id of each phase, in the order of the enum.

const int QcTickPhases::inTick

Phases inside a tick: all but Messages; their sum is the tick's duration.
