Detailed Description
Problems are reported through reader; the blocks are checked when the tables are resolved (QcVegetationTable).

QcVegetationDefinition QcVegetationParser::parse(QcJsonFieldReader &reader, const QString &packNamespace)
Returns the grass and flower layers read through reader, the reader of the biome's vegetation object; a missing layer stays empty. Plant names are qualified with packNamespace.
