Adds the commands of this group (see the class) to registry.
QcBackupRunner &QcWorldCommands::backups()
Returns the runner of background backups.
void QcWorldCommands::pollBackup()
Reports a finished background backup (every tick).
void QcWorldCommands::waitForBackup()
Waits for a running background backup (server stop).
