Detailed Description
Warnings and errors carry a symbol as well (!, ×), so colour is never the only sign. The text is plain (it may hold paths and names from files).

The colour of the bar and the symbol, from the kind.
kind : int
The kind of note, one of Hint.Kind; it sets the colour and the symbol.
text : alias
The text of the note, shown as plain text.
